Present configuration is as follows:
Office: DSL>Netgear DGN2000 wireless four-port router>XAV5004 port #1 XAV5004 port #2>HD23-600 receiver Living room: DVR HR24-100>XAV5001 Game room: HD24-100 receiver>XAV5001 All three units can be seen from the router and are assigned their own static IP address. IP address shows up in all three receiver set up page and shows connected to the internet. Here is the problem. The receiver in the game room will not stay connected to the living room DVR when the router is powered on. Office receiver stays connected at all times. I can turn off the router and unplug the 5001 in the game room and plug it in again and it will connect and I can watch recorded programs untill I turn the router back on. If I unplug the game room 5001 and plug it in again with the router on it will connect for about 2-3 minutes then disconnect. Any ideas??? Thanks for your help. TM |

Have you set up the static ips through the router set up, or in the settings of each individual unit?
