DGND3300v2 - Shows connected but isn't

Hi All,

I purchased the DGND3300v2 a few weeks back now and I have had nothing but problems with it (I now regret buying it!).

Nevertheless, I am stuck with it and I want to make sure that the settings are correct to rule out that as a problem.

Now, I know my broadband speed is shockingly bad here (DL speed is 0.9 mb/s and UL is 0.5 mb/s).

I have tried searching to see what I can find and nothing has provided me with any answers.

If anyone could give me assistance I would be grateful. I contacted Netgear direct but they saw fit to try and charge me for them to help (a bit insulting considering it's not working correctly from purchase).

Hope someone will help me out as it's very frustrating.
