2 Audiotracks, change doesnt work

Hi,

following problem:

I have a .mkv file with 2 audio tracks, 1.german 2.english

Main audio track is english, I change with menu (select the german) and hit enter, then a pop up appears "change can take 30 sec." or something, then it disappears but its still english.


any idear?

After hours of searching, posting in the normal forum and a registration in the beta forum it turned out that it is not possible to change the audio track from .mkv files and there will never come a new firmware.

This is my third Netgear product, the first was a router what was directly sold at ebay after I realized that it is crap, because of the bad user interface.

The second try is my Netgear ReadyNas Duo, where the user interface is so god damn slow that Iam thinking about to sell it also and I dont will talk here about the other problems with it.

Now I have another piece of Netgear crap here and what do you think I will do now?

Yes, I will sell it on ebay and hopefully i don't get a bad feedback from the buyer.
