Default Aren't ProSafe considered business users? FVS338 VPN issue

I tried to post my issue in the VPN router section since I have a FVS338 (and other equipment at multiple sites), but I can only post to this thread. It seems other users have the same issue about not being able to post about ProSafe

My problem was the VPN connections between FVS338, 2 FVS336, 5 FVS318 were working at all sites until Monday, when suddenly all the sites stopped talking to a central node where the FVS338 is installed.

Nothing had changed, and the VPN between sites had been working for years.

IKE times out at Phase 1

[FVS338] [IKE] Phase 1 negotiation failed due to time up for x.x.x.x

Thanks.

I did register one of the FVS338 but not the other equipment yet. I don't remember seeing an option to get access to the Enterprise area.

The following links in the URL you posted are invalid:
http://www.netgear.com/Products/Switches.aspx
http://netgear.com/Products/VPNandSSL.aspx?for=All

The FVS338 started talking to one of the sites with a FVS318, but not to the others yet. Nothing changed, so still unsure what is happening here with it.
