DGN2200 bricked???

Im new to this forum stuff and apologise if this is put in the wrong place

Any help would be very grateful on my problem i have on my DGN2200.

I tried updating my firmware via wireless (now realise you shouldnt do it this way) and left it to do its business. left it for about an hour and couldn't connect to the router so I rebooted the DGN2200 and now all it does when switched on is:

The power light is red for about 10 seconds then goes outand the ADSL light just sits there flashing.

I tried flashing the router via TFTP (WIRED). Couldnt connect to the router. Tried pinging the router. No luck. Tried the 60 second reset button thing. No luck.

ANy ideas would be very welcome
