Since I already have 2.6, which by the way I stated originally, I will stick with it, as the hard re-set is not working (I have had the alternating lights for more than 10 hours; tried many times).
And since I have 2.6; then I am back to my orginal question. Why is the family folder inaccessible? I see many people here with the same problem. The threads seem to indicated that Stora has a bug that needs a work around. |

Can you see you folder on www.mystora.com? or is it just on explorer/finder?
I would pop Robyb and email at support@axentra.com, and he will be able to look at it for you. You will have to generate a user name and password for him that has admin rights. He will help you out.

I must agree to this problem!
I have the newest stora 2.6, re-flashed, hard reset, self repair tool all with out any result. I can access the \\stora folder via win explorer but not the family folder. Answers so far seems to be "firewall problems" but I can't see how this can be since the problem overnight on both my win7 pc and my winXP running different firewalls (even tried it on a PC with no firewall). This is really killing my Stora-joy!!! |
