Default Issues with Srxn 3205

I'm trying to brows the GUI for the firewall but the page in not coming up as usual. Unfortunately, I'm connecting from a remote site and can't restart it to see if that solves the issue or not.
When I try to telnet to it, I get the login screen. I have couple of admin accounts but only when I enter admin, it asks me for the password. When I enter any other user with admin privileges, I don't get prompted for password and the connection just times out.
Any idea how I can get to the GUI or the firewall itself?

Thanks

I would recommend someone to power on/off the unit manually and observe the issues

Thanks. I will try to find someone who can turn off the power and turn it on again
