forget wireless password and i need to get it or reset it

Log in to the router and view it there.

If you happen to have saved the config then the contents will be in plain text and you can load it in Notepad and check all the passwords there too (newer routers now encrypt the config files).

If you haven't got the admin password for the router, then you will have to reset it and start from scratch. Remember to get your ISP's log in details first.
