Default So far so good... but please fix the web GUI!

I've been using it for a second day and so far I am satisfied with it in terms of speed/range in my environment. It's not breaking any records, but it is doing better then Amped Wireless R20000G and especially Asus RT-N56U.

The Admin web interface is buggy in Chrome. Sometimes it's not loading things and also Advanced tab options show up at the bottom of the page.

Admin panel time out is annoying. I am hoping they can either allow to disable it or give control to extend time out time.

When powering up router nothing happens until about a minute when you see the Netgear light to come up. Not sure if that's normal.

Router locked up once already where I had to reboot, so I'll see how long it lasts now.

3rd day and it is still holding up with all the home traffic. I have 3 IP HD cameras (Zavio F3206, 2x Edimax cameras), 3 laptops, 2 tablets, printer, NAS, HDHomerun tuner and 3M wireless thermostat connected to it at the moment. It's covering about 1500 sq feet with bunch of walls in the way and while it sits in the corner room on the 2nd floor it's actually able to cover entire house with reasonable speeds at the opposite ends. With N56U at the same spot the signal was ok, but download speed was very slow.

Bellow is signal comparison with N56U. This is at my problematic spot over 10 meters away at the opposite end of the house. While 2.4Ghz is the same and 5Ghz is slightly better, the download speed test is much greater as seen below.

Same spot downloading file from NAS.

6300

N56U

Just think, this is on non finalized FW too..

Expect a new FW in next week or two. I am currently finishing up some testing on it.

Ver will be V1.0.2.xx with performance enhancements, stability changes and some minor GUI changes.

I can not confirm or provide any other details but just keep an eye on the support pages.

Current public ver is 1.0.0.90

Looking forward to it. I've been noticing issue with it where my laptop (6200 card) would not reconnect after sleep/restart automatically. I have to manually force it to connect and it takes at least a minute.

Hi Klas1,

The information you provided was very helpful.

For the web GUI with Chrome, what Chrome version and OS are you using?
I don't quite understand about your saying 'Sometimes it's not loading things and also Advanced tab options show up at the bottom of page'... Could you kindly give some more information and perhaps screenshots will be better?

For reconnection issue, what's your Intel6200 WLAN driver version? Did it happen on 5G or 2.4G?

Administration panel issues in Chrome:
-Advanced panel option show up at the bottom of the page and not a separate tab like in IE.
-Loading occasionally would get stuck in indefinite loading loop
-Black footer menu bar would be overlapping some selection choices.

for 6200 issues, I've updated to latest drivers (v 15 I think), but still it would not connect after sleep/restart and I have to manually force the connection.

Tried Chrome v19.0.1084.52 on Windows 7 64bit and the Advanced panel option displays as a separate tab just like IE. Also Black footer menu bar looks fine. I did not see loading stuck so far but may need spend more times on that.
Are you using F/W .68 or .90? What Chrome version and OS?

I tested Intel6200 driver 15.1.1.1 on XP and it could reconnect automatically when the laptop was back from standby mode. Have you adjusted the adapter's default settings? Is 'Connect when this network is in range' option of Windows wireless network setting enabled?
