Opening ports on DG834Gv3

I have been told that I need to open some ports but can't find access to do this. I access the modem then can't find the appropriate option. This is for a vodafone "SureSignal" product access. Vodafone have given me the details but my ISP doesn't support setting this up. Any advice appreciated.
