Check your model number. In January 2009 I purchased what I thought was a Netgear SPH200D, or that is what it said on the box. Just recently the screen became unreadable and I thought it must be time to replace the batteries. On removing the batteries I discovered I never had a SPH200D (even though I paid for one) but a SPH150D. I complained to Netgear and all they argued was that it is out of guarantee.

Only buy with American Express (2) if possible buy from amazon I suffer with no electronics failures other than wearing them out from normal use. |

believe SPH150 was additional phone that you can add to SPH200 kit so you there shouldn't be a difference
