DHCPC :Discovery Error

Error message, all week long: "Safari is unable to connect with winegard.com"

I asked others outside of this area to try it, and it worked OK for them. Also, I haven't had such a problem with any other site, including winegarddirect.com.

A good RoadRunner tech found that the problem is in my Netgear router by bypassing it. My lucky day to be connected to that one!
It's an old Netgear hard wired unit, and Netgear no longer supports it.

I got into the router's program, but the list of blocked sites is empty, no winegard or any other. The log says repeatedly,

Google didn't reveal anything useful for DHCPC iscovery Error.

I can't think of anything else to try. Any ideas?

wineguard.com works fine and I use google DNS right now
