DGND3300v2 HTTP/HTTPS problemas over WIFI

Hello everyone,
I registered in hope to undertand what is going on here.
Some websites like https://www.hotmail.com or aliexpress.com almost never works over wifi. All the connected(cable) computers works with not problems.

If i use http on the hotmail.com it works fine. I tried port forwaring firewall and everything nothing work. Is this happen only with me or am I missing something?
