Default Two GS724TS with same MAC?

Last week I purchased three switches. Unfortunately, two of them have the same MAC, both 00:11:22:33:44:55. The serial numbers, as seen from the web interface, are also not valid. (all one's). I guess these units are refurbished?

Is there a way to edit the MAC address? Is there a way to edit the serial numbers?

Greetings

refurb is also limited warranty by third parties.

suggestion is return and buy new units.

Thanks for responding

Whether or not these are actually refurbished units, the units where ordered as new. But before I go into the hassle of exchanging them, I want to make sure that there is not an easier way of fixing the problem. You see, I have serial numbers and MAC addresses as they are printed on the boxes they came in. These are valid, since I could register the units at netgear.com. So a method of coding the addresses and serial numbers into the switches would be easier for all of us; me, the supplier and Netgear.

If you have serial number on actual device itself and not box then it is new.
reburb will come with usually brown box and not serial on device itself.

I would contact support my.netgear.com and use non register user buttons or if you already register one of them then use that to ask support

Received three new units this week, complete with serial numbers on the devices. Our supplier got a refund from Netgear, I was given the choice for a refund or new units.
