just picked up my ntv200 this morning from staples. everything was going well until it looked for a software update. when it looked for one i got a server error (11000404) unable to perform update at this time. please try again later. i did a couple of power cycles and a couple of system resets but still the same problem. i tried hooking it straight into my router and wireless internet. no change. it finds my wireless internet fine. im not really sure what wrong. any ideas?

I just tried to submit a support case for this issue via the website and received a message stating that the support ticket could not be entered at this time, please try again later....
I think NETGEAR having system wide issues... Issues like this should be resolved within minutes not days. This doesn't give me much confidence in a company that provides communication products. |

Looks like the issue is resolved! I was able to update the firmware.
