WPN824 Blocking problem

I can't seem to get the blocking to work. I would enter a key word like google and it won't block the site. Block service will work but, I can't seem to get key word blocking to work. I have wireless access list setup and my firmware version is V2.0.15_1.0.11.

Did you set up the key word blocking for always?

After you created the keywords, did you bring up a new internet connection or still using the same window?

After you upgraded the firmware did you reset the device?

I did bring up a new window, but since then I've logged out and back in several times and still no blocking. It's been a month or so since I've updated the key words. It kept all my key words, so I didn't think that would be an issue. As for reseting after install, I don't remember. I'll try that and get back to you.

Update, It works now. My firewall was disabled.
