Anyone know the meaning of Primary and Secondary numbers for firmware version shown in the System Info box of the router status page?
System Name: FVX538 Firmware Version (Primary): 2.0.0-139 Firmware Version (Secondary): 1.6.50 |

they are just that, the primary and secondary firmware (can theoretically be switched at boot time via serial cable). but both your firmwares are old

"Serial Port: One console port for command line interface (CLI) support" Mark |

well support != support. the device supports CLI over serial console. its just that you dont get any (telephone-)support from netgear for it. thats two completely different things.

If you do a second upgrade they will show the same firmware.
