PS101 Password Reset?

I'm installing my PS101 onto a new printer, and the setup wizard is asking for the password. I don'r remember the password from the old printer setup.

How can I reset the PS101 so there is no password, or enter a new password?

Enter the device password, and again in the Confirm Password field. Once a password is entered, it is required in order to gain access and change the configuration. If you forget the password to the print server, the only way to reset it is by resetting the device to factory default through the NETGEAR Print Server Administration Program.

Another workaround

ftp into the unit
use the Print Server hardware address (eg. PSXXXXXX number on the rear of the Print server) as the username
Password is blank

Type in

GET PASSWORDRESET

Viola

I tried both suggestions (the NETGEAR Print Server Administration Program - no help at all and ftp>ip) and neither worked. I was able to ftp the ip address, enter the user: ps*** and password as blank. I used "get password reset". Then I received message: "200 command OK, 550 file unavailable". Is there anyone out there that can help with a password reset PLEASE?

I Just Ordered One Off Of Ebay And I Am Having The Same Problem...it's Asking For A Password When I Do The "print Server Setup Wizard". Has Anyone Figured Out How To Reset It?? I Went To The "print Server Administration" And Reset The Device And That Did Not Work.
