Question doubling ethernet link on 4twisted pairs / FS116

Hello,

I want to use a shielded-4-twisted-pairs-cable to bring 2 LAN ethernet connections.
I would use an Y-adapter-shielded that separate the 1/2/3/6 wires for the first connection and the 4/5/7/8 wires for the other ; one Y-dobler on each side. So the FS116 would be connected by 2 RJ45-ports to the dobbler that always connects the 1/2/3/6 wires of each FS116-ports and share the grounding and send 9lines to the other y-dedobler. The inversed process would be used on the other side.

Will it cause a short-circuit on grounded shields ? or missuse of wires ?

Does the FS116 use 8 wires of the 4 twisted pairs or only 4 wires among 8 ?
Is it matching the 1/2/3/6 ?

Thanks for your help
