Cannot access services behine firewall

I have a ProSafe FVS318, I have created rules for RDP (3389) and www (1050) to an internal computer on my network. Access to these services behind the firewall function flawlessly. When reviewing the log I get the following error:
Access Policy not found...
The policies mentioned are at the top of the order, the schedule is set to all day/everyday.

Please help
