My tech 2 called when I was out and left a message asking me if I've tried beta 5 (I think) but when I called I got tier 1 and they said my tier 2 tech would call back and they haven't yet
![]() .For whatever be it liability or something more the tech 1 couldn't/wouldn't read the last notes the tech wrote for me and wouldn't update to what I knew about my problem without a call back from my tier 2 tech. Anyone got feedback on this or at least some way to get a transcript like on email support, at least then I know where we're both at. Thanks |

Apparently no beta 5 but I am now on my way to tier 3 on my current issue.
