Default Unable to Recover Data

I have had to re-set my Medion PC to Factory settings. I re-installed my Stora NAS but I cannot recover and restore my data which I backed up before I set my PC back to factory settings. I have reset my stora and still cannot see or get to my backed up files.
Any help would be gratefully accepted to restore all my precious photos etc.

What do you mean by "reinstall the Stora"?
All you should need to do is install the Stora Agent on your PC again.
If you have run the Stora Setup again, you would need to do it with the same Stora name, ID and userid as previously. Then everything should work fine.
Are your PC and network configured exactly as before (same IP address range for pc, Stora and router?)
