My Stora is not starting.

Hi,

My Stora is having problem during startup.

- The Power LED flashing for a few seconds, off for a few seconds, flash for a few second, ......, .....
- The HD LEDs are both green, on but not flashing.

I can still ping it. Can anyone help?

If both HDs are solid green that's good.

Are you able to log in via web GUI?
Can you access/save files on the Stora?
If so, maybe power LED has a bad connection or is dying? If not, then do firmware refresh.
