There aren’t many settings in the router that would cause it to ‘remember’ your phone, are you using the Wireless Access List?

before you hit reset , scan your wifi and choose the SSID if that connects.
reset button in the back is wiping the entire configuration if you do it correct so if you are abel to use same SSID (unique name) and/or encryption key then you also did not do hard reset correctly. if phone can not connect automatically and/or choosing your SSID does not connect while other wifi pc / devices stays in the house works then it may be how the phone are functioning ..

The "Wireless Card Access List" is not set up.
Quote:
I'm pretty sure I hard reset after I bought this thing at a garage sale...(haha, perhaps why they sold it for 10 bucks)... After the hard reset I thought I reconfigured the unit. My previous wireless network did not have this problem (replaced it after a bad antennae)...so I think the phones (my wifes iPhone as well) are not the issue. Strange thing is, I drove away...out of range, came back and it remembered my Android phone and reconnected. Peter |
