Download Speed from Internet

Hello,

When i download files at work from my stora wich is at home,
the maximum speed for one file is around 77 ko/s,
but if I download a second file, the speed is also around 77 ko/s

why can't i get 150ko/s or more when i only download one file?
how can i know if the download speed of 77ko/s is a limitation of my Stora or my router at home? or something else?

i have a stora premium account and my stora looks up to date..
