aside from the WOL issue the media server stuff just seems broken. i have connected a drive full of stuff and it seems to have decided its indexed everything. it hasnt. i cant seem to make it farce re index stuff either. turning off and on doesnt work.
oh and it gets turned off and on alot, because it randomly seems to freeze and wont respond. all in all i cant help feelinng the WNDR4500 is a bit of a peice of carp. ive always used Netgear stuff and this is the first that just cannot seem to work properly. can anyone suggest how to fix the media indexing issue? |

4500 works perfectly fine here on a 16+ client network, but I don't use WOL.
Unfortunately the only way I found to re-index is to delete the index files from the ReadyDLNA folder, then sit back and wait. |
