WNDR3700v2 Startup Problems

Hello.

I'm trying to use a pre-existing network but cannot get my ps3 to connect to it. The ps3 displays a DNS error (80710102), i have posted this problem in the netgear forums as i feel it is to do with the setup of the network not the ps3 (I have tried changing many settings).
Could anyone please help me resolve this issue?

The network uses a "Billion ADSL2+ Firewall router" connected to a Netgear router WNDR3700v2 with O2 UK broadband. The home computer connects wirelessly to the network and has internet access, but the ps3 is having problems.
