Need help with WNDR3700v3

i upgrade from my linksys g to this but seems worth then my old linksys i use it to play xbox live , pc and 3 iphones here what have

i get amber since i got twc at 10mbs i know this is for 1gb but should still work

on my pc Im at decent speed wifi on iphones ok but when i go to xbox i play fine for 1 or 2 days then it starts to lag and sometimes i get kick off xbox live but internet still good (never happen with my linksys ) i log back in still laggy i reset the router works good for 1 2 days do i need new firmware or is this not the router for my 10mbs i have firmware 1.1 which came in the box
