WNDR3400v2 - Port 57110 Incoming UDP?

I am trying to run RemoteDroid between my Android phone and my laptop.

The laptop app runs and provides the IP of the laptop which I am instructed to enter into the phone - which I did.

The connection fails as I only see black windows on the phone.

One Troubleshooting suggestion is to be sure that Port 57110 is open on the router for Incoming traffic.

How would I check that on the WNDR3400v2, please?
