I logged in to my router and was surprised to find a message at the top of the page that said "new firmware update available". I clicked on it and it installed, but I later found out I wasn't supposed to update it over a wireless connection. That's when I started noticing my internet speed was slowing down substantially. I went to speedtest.net and found out that my 20mb connection had dropped to a consistent 3mb connection. After that I tryed to do a hard reset, in a effort to undo the damage. It didn't work.
and the version that is giving me problems is still in place according to my router homepage. Am I doing something wrong? How can I reverse this damage? Someone help me please!
