Default Noobie Question WNDA 4100

Can't seem to be able to update the firmware online. Keeps saying, ERROR: Could not connect to the NETGEAR server. Please check your Internet connection.

I know there is an update available. WNDR 4500 updates just fine. Internet connection is fine.

I want to do a manual update. The only thing showing in Control Panel > Programs and Features is Netgear WNDA4100 Genie. I don't see a driver listed to uninstall.

Is the Netgear WNDA4100 Genie the correct item to uninstall? Will the update reinstall the Genie?

Just want to make sure I do it right. Thanks.
