Default FVS 318G VPN issue

Help!

I'm ready to go postal (and Netgears phone support hasn't helped)

I have an FVS 318G router a Win 7 64bit laptop and the Prosafe VPN client Professional(the trial one one Netgears website, though I ordered it from CDW and should be here shortly, since you can't buy it on Netgears site)

The tunnel connects (and shows connected on the 318G) but I can't access any network resources. The laptop is on a 10.1.11.X network, the network I'm trying to connect to is a 192.168.0.X network (the router is at 192.68.0.7)

After the tunnel is up, ipconfig on the laptop shows an IP address for the TGB Gateway-Tunnel of 10.10.10.10 and no gateway. Where is it getting 10.10.10.10 from????

I did look at those instrcutions and followed them precisely (after I got the email giveing me access), hell I spend 1/2 the day working on it, and the best I can get is that the tunnel opens but I can't access anything.

--Show us pictures of your configurations for both ends. Like June said, its hard to see where the issue is if we can't see the configurations.
