Air Print Problem

installed the new Genie software to use the air print option

when i load the genie software and select the air print tab

i just get the message up that you have to install itunes and adobe with the only option is the refresh button

i have both these programs installed and fully updated

Edit sorted that problem was becuase i had the full version of adobe

still have a issue if anyone can help

when i click print on my ipad it selects my printer fine and says sending to it but it never prints anything

When you say you sorted your problem with adobe what do you mean? I have this problem too but gave up looking for answers. What did you do to sort out your adobe and apple problem?
