I have just bought a second hand MS2000 and am having issues trying to set it up.

I get the following message.

Your Stora was unable to register with mystora.com. If this is not your first time registering the device, please ensure you are using the same Stora name you used before to register. Otherwise please contact support to renew your product key.

As I am a second user of this device, I don't have the original Stora Name and can't setup a new one.

I can't be the only person in the world who has bought a second hand Stora device, so has anybody else gone through the process and come out with a success.
