If you can still log into your modem when the internet is down then it shows that there is a good link between the router and modem. This would push you to finding the fault at the modem level.
Bridge mode will allow the 3700 to deal with the login details on the xDSL network. Non-Bridge mode should work without any troubles unless something is set wrong in the modem. Start over with the modem itself and make sure that the diagnostics on it show everything being okay. |
