I have called Netgear several times and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. They say they have never heard of this kind of problem.

I had trouble with 5g and changing the Channel fixed that (I don't know what was the source of the conflict, could have been a wireless mouse).
Do you have other 2.4gHz devices, or an active microwave oven, in proximity to your router? |
