the circle of death

Hi all, wondering if you can assist , I have been hit by the dreaded circle of death and cannot access the web GUI of my Stora. I have done a hard reset and the recovery procedure and diagostics tool without sucess.

While I managed to reset the unit to its default settings it will not allow me to use my old username of Admin with password as password. If I cannot create this I will not get back to my old files, which are still on the drives.

I am getting the stora to recalibrate itself but without getting onto the userconsole I cannot add the old user which means my data is forever in Limbo.

I loved my Stora but for the life of me cannot remember what I registered it as as I always used the LAN to connect to it and never the external network.

Please advise...

Setup a new username. E-mail the Stora name, new username and password to support@axentra.com .

Also e-mail us the account name which you are unable to recover.
