Cannot Access Router Setup (192.168.0.1)

Hi,

I have a DG834PN. When I first installed it, it loaded the setup with no problems (192.168.0.1). It allowed me to configure all the broadband settings etc, and now I am accessing the internet fine.

Now, I need to get back into the setup, so that I can open some ports etc., but now, when I type in the 192.168.0.1 address in the web browser, it just gives me:

Loading... (2 seconds)

This URL is not available on the NETGEAR Support Server

(There is a netgear logo, with a link to visit their site - I don't want this I want the setup!)

Why can't I access the setup no more?

Are you using Internet Explorer for this (it’s what is recommended)? Can you try this with the router disconnected from the phone line?
