834GT and Virgin Cable Modem Help!
Hi,
I have a Virgin Media cable modem, and want to go wireless. I have a Netgear 834GT router (which I've had for a couple of years), and wanted to use this to go wireless. Can someone please tell me what the settings should be in the Netgear router for Virgin? I have my username, IP and password, but don't know what the basic or other settings should be! Can someone offer advice? Many thanks

DG834GT is an ADSL modem/router -- to use it with cable modem you need to read the D834GT manual, assuming it's a retail Netgear model and not one supplied pre-configured with custom firmware by an ISP.
