The network was working then suddenly it would not connect to the internet. All devices can connect with fairly good signal but it says the LAN cable is not plugged in even though everything is plugged in. Already tried the whole unplugg it to reset thing and Time Warner has offered NO HELP!!! Does anyone know what is ggoing on?

Moving to Wired router & Gateway
these are ISP provided unit they should help you. if hard reset did not fix it and you are testing with wired. you may have some faulty unit..
