Authentication problems

Hello All,
Can anyone help me with the issue below?
Wireless drops constantly, and as you can see below i keep having to re-authenticate. I have tried different channels, and encription types, data rates, etc... Also this occures with any laptop I try.

I forgot to give some equipment info!

Firmware Version 5.1.28 NA

[aechmea]

I would try firmware 5.2.3

It fixed my problem with random "drop-outs" using WG302v2 with WPA/PKIP.
