Default WGR614v6 Password not working.

I have a WGR614v6 and the password on the back is not working. Is there anyway that I can change this password?

Default for login is username: admin and password: password.

If you are not sure if the router has been given a different password, you'll have to reset it back to default.

If you have a modem/router, you may be trying to access the modem instead of the router, so your modem will need to be bridged.

I'm pretty sure it has been given a different password. How do I reset it back to default?

How do I know if I have a modem/router?

Press the reset button on the back of the router near the antenna.

Search the model number of your modem on the internet.
Read the manual and see if it has routing capabilities.
Check to see if you get a private IP address to the internet port of the router (Router Status in the interface of the router) or to a computer plugged directly the modem.
