DG834PN - Block Internet to 1 PC only - How?

I am trying to restrict total internet access to my son's wireless connection with the exception of the early evening. I've tried to use the rules and schedule as explained but it wont work. Help.

Well, you have to use block services and schedule to make it work.
Explain how you set it up.

I've tried but failed.

I've assigned the wireless PC with a fixed ip address, told the 'firewall rules' to 'block all traffic by schedule or allow' on that ip address, and set the schedule for 'every day' and put times in the time of day. Clicked apply and it dose not stop access?

Have I done it wrong?
