Tv card support ??

One of the major advantages with the Eva 8000 is the support for tvcards and EPG, this really is the reason for me getting the Eva 8000. But why isn't there any development on supporting more tv cards ? This product is sold all over the world, but the cards supported seems to be for the american market. And the epg is also an american only feature. I would like to see some major work done on this area. A lot of good work has been done on the firmware ! So these guys should have credz, I would like to see some comments from you who are responsible for the digital entertainer software and when you are going to release a better software.

You might want to have posted this in the specific EVA8000 forums. Although not actually named so, this root forum is more for the EVA700.

If you have read of some of the many posts regarding this 'feature' over in the 8000 forums, you'll find out that TV support does not work at all - even for the supported cards. Add your 5c worth to this thread if you like :
