EVA 700 & IPlayer

Over the last few months it's not been possible to watch downloaded BBC IPlayer files, I get the message ' BROADCAST NOT SUPPORTED'. When I first got the beta version of the player I could watch everything. I have no problem with 4OD.
What has the BBC changed? and are Netgear going to give us a Firmware upgrade, it's been nearly a year since the last version.
