Post DG834 V1 Seams to block access to one site

I cannot reach one site and it has been suggested there is a stuck rule or keyword that is blocking it but no rules or keywords set.

How do I totally clear the router to out of the box state??

Adam

On the reverse of the router, there should be a small pinhole reset button.

Press the button with a Pen or paperclip, and hold the button in for roughly 10-15s. This will reset the device back to factory default settings.

Warning, all saved information in the device will be reset as well.

hi,
Don't reset the router. there is an option in the router software which contains the blocked sites. It might be possible that the blocked site keyword might be matching with your site ..

plz send me the details about the operating system u r using ..

Thanks and regards
