how can i find my router password?

Hi, well i was on my laptop and then the internet just disconected, so i restarted my laptop and went on my pc to see if it had disconected on there, which it had not. So i relogged in on my laptop and now i cannot connect to my wireless router because it is asking for a 'Network Password', but i cannot find my network password. My pc is windows vista and the router is connected to my pc, is there anyway i can find out what my 'Network Password' is? My router is 'DG834GT' Model. Is there a way i can find out what it is and what is the defult username and password for my router login (http://192.168.0.1/).

also keep in mind that SKY ISP users had different user/pass so prior post info do not work and if you have SKY ISP, Call your ISP for the info.
