Default How to block an IP address

I have a FVS336G router. I see traffic from the outside from a suspicious IP and sometimes a system inside talking back to it. I would like to block all systems from receiving or sending to this IP. I see lots of good stuff in the manual about content filtering, or blocking by MAC, but I don't know how to block an outside IP, incoming and outgoing.

Thanks,
Tom

So I made a pair of rules (incoming and outgoing) that ANY service going to/from ANY Lan address and to/from the specific WAN address should be blocked. Is that the way this router is supposed to block an address?

Thanks,
Tom
