Default My Router is Not Sending a wireless signal

Hello. My router does not send a valid signal I mean my laptop and xbox360 actually see it but it does not send an IP address. Steps I have taken:

1. Tried to reset it (maybe I'm doing something wrong because when I wire it up to my laptop I don't get the basic setup thing that normally loads)

^thats it really

I use my laptop's internal wireless adapter and netgear wg614 v5 router a lynksys cable modem and it was all working perfectly til my wife reset it yesterday. Now the problem is it's not sending a wireless signal and that is due to I cannot log into it or even install it. I don't have a cd but a week ago I resetted my router and then I went hardwire on my laptop and it popped up a BASIC ROUTER SETUP. But i'm doing this right now and I never get that setup page I don't know why.

look at manual
http://kbserver.netgear.com/downloads_support.asp

reset the router will disable the wireless.

use PC wired the router and login the router. if you have trouble disable firewall on PC
