1 2 3 4 lights on, no antenna lights, no access, any help?

sounds like fault unit when nothing is plug in the port that is NOT used

try doing a hard reset on the device.. there is a reset button on the back of the device. push it and hold it down for at least a minute while the router is turned on then observe the lights. have you tried changing the power adapter that comes with the package or experience a power outage on your home before the device stopped working?
